P Is for Pterodactyl by Raj Haldar & Chris Carpenter is The Worst Alphabet Book Ever." As the title implies, this book has fun with English spelling, for example "G is for Gnocchi." The text and illustrations extend this unique point of view: "The gnome yells, 'Waiter! There's a bright white gnat nibbling on my gnocchi!'"
